京都大学大学院博士課程(臨床神経学)入学以来、PETおよびMRIを用いた脳神経疾患の臨床研究に携わっています. 滋賀県立総合病院研究所では、これまでつちかってきた経験を生かし、PETをもちいて、脳神経疾患、特に脳血管障害や認知症の病態研究を、さらに進めていきたいと思っています.成人病センターという有数の臨床施設内にあることを生かして、病院の豊富な患者数と高度の先端医療を背景に、実際の治療を念頭に置いた、患者さんに還元できる研究をしていきます.その結果として、滋賀県民の健康維持や、患者さんの機能予後の改善に貢献していきたいと思います. |

大学を卒業し、放射線科に入局、画像診断、放射線治療、IVR、核医学など各領域を学ぶ中で、比較的早い時期から核医学に興味を持ちました。画像診断装置の技術革新が進む中、形態画像では捉えることのできない脳の変性や機能、腫瘍の代謝やレセプターなどを評価可能な機能画像に惹かれて診療や研究を続けてまいりました。 当研究所においては、これまでの経験を生かしつつ、PETを用いて各種領域の疾患の診断や治療、病態把握につながる新たな研究を行っていきたいと思います。 |

平成11年大阪薬科大学大学院薬学研究科修了、平成11-13年大阪大学医学部研究科トレーサ情報解析学研究部にて新規放射性薬剤の研究開発に従事、平成13-15年住重加速器サービス株式会社技術部にて国立循環器病センターのサイクロトロン装置運転及び保守管理業務に従事、平成16年から滋賀県立成人病センター研究所画像研究部門の研究員として勤務(薬剤師、第一種放射線主任者、博士) |

[表示/非表示の切替]PET・SPECT用放射性薬剤の研究開発 核医学検査法は、放射性同位元素で標識した化合物である放射性薬剤を工夫することによって、様々な機能の評価が可能であり、腫瘍、心筋梗塞、脳虚血性疾患など様々な疾病の診断や治療効果判定に貢献してきた。従って、更なる核医学検査の発展を目指し、これらの病態解析に有用な新規PET・SPECT用放射性薬剤の研究開発を行っていきたいと考えている。
また、臨床利用を視野に入れた自動合成装置の開発にも積極的に取り組み、核医学の分野において貢献したい。 |

[表示/非表示の切替]20年余り診療放射線業務を全般に渡り従事してきました。放射線管理業務、医療安全業務など、主に職場の業務管理を任されてきましたので、研究分野は未知の領域です。
放射線管理業務や医療安全業務の経験を活かすかたちで、核医学の分野に貢献出来たらと考えております。
